Siddhars are the ancient scientific saints lived some, 1000 to 1300 years ago and they wrote medicinal books, which we south Indian native doctors are following today. If taken ten grams at bed time works as a mild laxative and one or two Grams of small doses does not work as a laxative. It is said to prevent Graying hair and prevents ageing.

Mother and Terminalia chebula are all the same, but terminalia is high because it cures disease and grows the baby while the mother feeds the Baby with different tastes and grows the child.

For the month of June and July
Take it with jaggery [Red sugar]
For the month of August and September
Take it with Rock salt
For the month of October and November
Take it with sugar
For the month of December and January
Take it with dried zingrber officinales decoction
For the month of February and March
Take it with honey
For the month of April and May
Take it with AMURI

Amuri is a secret code word for a alkaline beer like material processed by the saints it does not contains alcohol but it is a fermented product. It is said to be the holy water. Find the golden co lour flower plant
If not see then use the ordinary plant
Find bold stems and cut the bottom
Remove the bark it is toxic
Take the inner stem and tear it in to four
First dry it in shade and then sun dry
Powder it and add sugar four times by it’s weight
Take ten grams morning and ten grams evening
For forty-eight days.
All fever will go
All s.t.d will go
All sinus trouble will go
Dried youth stars secreting
Vitality will increase
This plant is nothing but elixir.

Finishing this cut the bark of the azadirachta tree, get the bark from more than 100 year old tree, take the fleshy live part only dry and powder it. Add the extract of the plant Acrus precalorious black seed variety dry and repeat it seven times add sugar 8 parts to one part of powder. Take it for 48 days

Your body will harden like diamond
All your nerves tightenAnd your eyes brighten.

After this use equal weights of dried powder of these three plants, eclipta prostrata, acalypha indica, and glinus laloides mix it with honey and take it for 20 days.
